Responsibilities

  • Banking, Cash & Receivables Perform daily cash handling and monthly bank reconciliation for all accounts. Track customer outstanding, EMI/down-payment receipts and financier disbursements; drive follow-up with the sales team on overdue amounts. Process supplier payments, staff salaries, reimbursements and routine office expenses.
  • Inventory & Costing Reconcile physical stock of machinery and spare parts with book stock; investigate and resolve differences. Track landed cost, margin and stock ageing on machinery and parts; flag slow-moving inventory to management.
  • Finance & Subsidy Coordination Coordinate with banks, NBFCs and financiers on loan files, disbursement documentation and settlement of dues. Maintain records and claim documentation for government farm-machinery subsidy schemes and follow up on receipt.
  • Reporting Prepare monthly MIS for management — sales, collections, expenses, outstanding, stock value and profitability. Assist with budgeting, cash-flow planning and seasonal working-capital requirements.
