The Happy Seeder is designed to sow wheat directly into standing paddy stubble without burning. It cuts and lifts the residue, opens a slit in the soil, places the seed, and deposits the loose residue back over the sown row as mulch. This eliminates the need for stubble burning, conserves soil organic matter, and reduces smoke and environmental damage.
